CODE OF ETHICS
PREAMBLE (Introduction)
Seven Rings International FTZCO ( in the following called “Seven Rings”) carries out sales vocational and business training courses through the Internet. Moreover the company offers to all of its members, a batch of instructive, technological, cultural and educational services for personal improvement.
The company operates in conformity with principles of freedom, human dignity, respect of diversity, and discouraging any form of discrimination because of sex, race, creed, age, political affiliation, or natural origin.
This code of ethics has been edited in order to explain to its members and to other individuals the complete values of Seven Rings.
SCOPE
- The principles and rules of this Code of Ethics ( in the following called “Code” ) are exemplifying of the general duties of care, politeness, coherence, loyalty and fairness, which qualify the behavior and the fulfillment of professional services.
- The principles and the rules of this Code are compulsory for Managers, for any individual connected to Seven Rings by subordinate employment (“Employees”) and for everybody working with Seven Rings, whatever their relationship with the company is, if temporary (“Staff”). Managers, employees and staff will be in the following called “Addressees”.
- Anyone, who works permanently or temporary with Seven Rings, will be informed about this Code.
- Beginning and continuing any form of collaboration is tied up with the acceptance of this Code of Ethics.
COMMUNICATION
- Seven Rings provides to inform the Addressees about Code rules and use, exhorting its observance.
- Particularly, Seven Rings provides, even with newsletters, to spread the Code to all concerned, to interpret and clear up its rules, to verify its real observance and to update its rules considering demands cropped up.
RESPONSIBILITY
Any concerned person carries on his employment and his professional services with care, efficiency and correctness, using tools and time at his disposal at his best, taking on responsibilities connected with fulfillments and behaviors.
CORRECTNESS
- All acts, operations and behaviors of Addressees are inspired with legitimacy as for formal and substantial point of view according with laws in force and internal procedures, also with correctness.
- Addressees do not use for personal purposes any information, goods or tools provided during the carrying out of their activities or charges.
- Employees are absolutely forbidden
- to use training courses ideas and company philosophies for purposes different from those provided by Seven Rings;
- to use advertising, recruiting or sales tools different from those provided by Several Rings;
- to act so that Seven Rings name can be damaged.
- Members don’t accept recommendation neither put pressure, for themselves or for others, which may cause damage to Seven Rings or unlawful advantages for themselves, and for Seven Rings or for other people, moreover, each member rejects and doesn’t promise or make unlawful offers of money or other kind of benefit.
- If a member receives an offer or a request of benefit, except for free or reasonable price gifts, he will immediately inform his direct superiors or the person in charge.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The Addresses pursue the aims and the general interests of Seven Rings, during the carrying out of their activities and/or charges.
The Addresses will inform their superiors or their referents at the earliest, taking into account circumstances, about situations or activities in which they can be in conflict of interest with Seven Rings ( or if this conflict is between their close relatives and the company), and any other situation in which there is relevant reason of advantage. Addresses respect decisions that Seven Rings will take.
SECRECY
The Addresses ensure maximum secrecy with regard to news or information which are business property or concerning Seven Rings activities, in observance with legal provisions, existing regulations and company procedures.
RELATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS
Suppliers choice and assignation of purchase terms are based on objective estimation of quality and price of goods and services, as well as assistance and timeliness guarantees.
SANCTIONS
Observance of Code rules is to be considered a fundamental part of contract obligations for employees and for all the individuals in business relation with the company. The breach of Code rules may be considered as non-fulfillment of Contract obligations also with regard to contract resolution and it might.
