Comprehensive Employability Skill Assessment (CESA), an initiative by International Skills Assessment Institute (ISAI) is expected to give the industry a better way to select candidates.
Comprehensive Employability Skill Assessment (CESA) online Test is World's first Test based on all the 14 Employability Skills; Literacy & Numeracy, Communication, Problem Solving, Initiatives & Enterprises, Planning & Organising, Self Management, Learning, Technology, Teamwork, Punctuality, Customer Care, Enthusiasm/Passion & Commitment, Positive Attitude, Ethics. CESA is designed by International Skill Assessment Institute (Italy) and brought to you by Seven Rings. CESA is not only a great self assessment tool which helps in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) but also a unique decision making tool for job seekers to decide which career and job to choose based on their CESA score and assessments.
CESA certification and CESA score gives the students a unique distinction and an opportunity to flaunt their Employability Skills which are critical to get a successful career start because those who are CESA Certified know that Academic/Vocational Qualifications are just a Passport whereas Employability Skills are the VISA for entering the "job market" and making a successful career start. Employers/Academic Institutes just can't do without CESA since this helps them scientifically, objectively, fairly, correctively, quickly and that too at a low cost distinguish between vast pool of "qualified" candidates and qualified and Employable/Admissionable candidates.
The base framework of CESA (14 Employability Skills) been has conceptualized by ISAI and the tests have been developed in consultation with the industry. CESA tests the candidates on three levels of attainment of Employability Skills:
- CESA Yellow Belt
- CESA Green Belt
- CESA Black Belt
ISAI understands that candidates will require CESA for Self Assessment purpose or as well as for Certification purpose hence CESA is available in two formats:
- CESA Self Assessment Test
- Can be undertaken by the candidate online anytime, from anywhere without any proctoring; extremely useful for self-assessments and internal assessments.
- CESA Certification Test
- Can be undertaken by the candidate online with scheduled test timings at a ISAI Certified Test locations and under strict supervision of ISAI certified assessors; extremely useful for proving credentials at the time of interviews.
